Our return to Georgia and its barrier islands is special because it's where we spent 7 years exploring with our previous boat before we started the Loop. Revisiting Jeykll and St Simons has been special too because Terry's brother and his wife were able to meet us as they made their way down the east coast on an RV trip! Later on St Simons we met up with Malachi/Mike and Tina, old friends from Atlanta that have moved to the Island. A lot of beer and oysters had to be brought to the islands after this.
With 6 ft + tides up and down, these sailboats got caught and are sitting in the mud!
