One More On the Road

After the spring launch a 16hr drive back to Atlanta, a quick turnaround to reload Pat, remaining stuff and the critters and we were off. This time first to Sheyboygan, WI to drop Basel the parrot off at his summer camp (remember he can't go to Canada), then around to Escanaba to pick up the dinghy outboard (it needed a new carburetor $300) and finally back to Northport and the eagerly awaiting Happy Happy. Whew, 3200 miles in something like 10 days. Of course on our first day back on the boat we find out that the remnants of tropical storm Alberto have hit Atlanta and taken out the power in our neighborhood........................... it's always something!

Back on board and now, how to find a storage/hiding place for everything.
Tricks and Jude are very good travelers, but were worn out after a couple long days in the car.......................... good thing!

.......and of course up here in the great white north, rust never sleeps...............
