After a 4 day stay in Little Current to wait out some windy weather we restock and cast off on our last cruise west through the North Channel and back to Michigan and the US. It's been a very special month plus of living on "Canadian Island Time" but little do we know that more of the best to come still awaits us. Another stop in Gore Bay and then the quiet seaside village of Kagawong and anchorages at Clapperton, Croker, Fox, Beardrop and finally East Grant/Fish Islands add an exclamation point to our memories of the North Channel.
Coming in to Little Current for the last time coincided with a visit by a major cruise liner. Little Current wasn't so little and the winds were more than blustery but we got in OK and enjoyed being back in a familiar place to cocoon for a while.
