Our trip down the St Johns is going to be special because the majority of our nights will be spent at anchor as opposed to staying in marinas. With cooler weather (and hopefully fall colors) this segment of the journey should be a "glamping" extravaganza!
We went "off the charts" in our exploration of Deep Creek. More than 2 miles in and with branches so close we could just barely turn around we were still in water more than 30 feet deep!
Deep Creek is apparently one of those hidden "Conservation Areas", with little or no "Adult Supervision" :)
